Terms of Service

Last updated: [add date before publishing]

Before you publish this:

This is a starting template, not a finished contract. Terms that actually protect a services business, covering payment terms, refunds, liability limits, what happens if a client cancels partway through an engagement, and intellectual property in deliverables, need to be drafted or reviewed by a lawyer familiar with your jurisdiction. Don't treat this page as sufficient on its own.

Using this website

This website is provided by aipo for the purpose of describing our services and allowing you to get in touch. Content on this site, including copy, graphics and structured data, belongs to aipo unless otherwise noted, and shouldn't be reproduced without permission.

Engaging aipo for services

Specific terms for any paid engagement, including scope, pricing, payment schedule and deliverables, are set out in a separate agreement or proposal at the time of engagement. [Add a clear statement here about how a project actually starts, for example: work begins only once a signed proposal and any deposit is received.]

No guaranteed outcomes

AI Presence Optimisation work, including AEO, GEO, LLMO, Entity SEO, Knowledge Graph Optimisation and AI Citation Building, aims to improve the structural and entity signals that influence how AI systems describe and cite a brand. Because model providers control retrieval, training and citation decisions independently, no specific citation, ranking or outcome can be guaranteed. [A lawyer should review this section carefully, since it's doing real work limiting liability.]

Liability

[This section needs proper legal drafting. A generic limitation of liability clause copied from a template can be unenforceable or even harmful if it doesn't match your actual business structure and jurisdiction.]

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
